Well, traffic enforcement is protecting and serving. You know how many young people die each year from speeding and wreckless driving? Do you know how many people are found with open warrants from a traffic stop? Do you know how many guns, drugs, missing children, missing people, wanted people are found from traffic stops? Traffic enforcement is an EXTREMELLY proactive way to police and to PROTECT and SERVE.
You hope they get fired for doing their job? Hmm...sounds mature.
Just to make you all even happier, I just received an award in front of police officers from MD, DC, VA, PA, and NJ for my efforts in traffic enforcement. Not to brag, but people shouldn't be pissed off all the time because you were speeding and you got a ticket. Respect others and their professions.
