As for turbocharging, you don't need to lower the compression. Many have done it with 8 lbs of boost without a different head gasket. You could supercharge it and not change a thing and still get an additional 110 HP.

You probably right, tough to get 25hp in aspirated or traditional hot rodding in the S2000. I think its possible a 15hp but the money is not worth for little gain. If you said, supercharge attained 110hp (additional), I assume approx. 8psi. I don't have room for supercharging unit. I saw some of the supercharger fitted to the S2000, they are installed in the front (could be vortech). If there is a supercharger that mount on the top (like some muscle car style) then I have room.
Now the alternatives is turbo. I have room for turbo but do you know how much power turbo develope comparable to 8psi of supercharger?
Here is my Lotus Super 7 currently powered by Turbocharged Susuki Hayabusa 990lbs 375hp@13,000 rpm!!
