Thanks for the welcome! I'm a transplanted MD/VA boy (retired Naval Flight Officer, most of my time in the Norfolk, VA area) so I'll take your word as to the growth. As for the prices....OMG!! Never in my wildest dreams would I have expected to pay 1/2 mil plus for a house ( but it is a nice house). Anyway, the car.... It's "certified" from the dealer and has a bumper-bumper warranty (for a small price) through 2009 or 100k miles (I'm thinking 2009 will be here before the 100K with 25K on it now), so I'm assuming they did the fluid changes. Then again, you know what happens you assume....
Really looking forward to driving my car. Probably will "baby" it regarding miles, but will continue to "drive it like I stole it" when in it.
Looking forward to hooking up with other "Stewie" owners for outings (does Java Junkie have the rights to "Stewie", or can I use it too...it's catchy!)
