Oh yeah! It would withstand that without a problem, at least my car did. One time I dumped the clutch at a higher rmp but that was unintentional, the andranaline got a hold of my right foot, so the imediate side effect was the smell of the clutch and the rubber, other then that it was a real rush
So, don't do it often ok.
