Hi Mike;
I'm only slightly versed in the state-side model n' we only got one Stewie, n' that's the roadster, which, obviously is the regular model. In the earlier version the wheel size was 16", but I'm uncertain as to the widths. The front was likely a 7" n' the rear an 8, possibly a 8.5.
In 2004 the wheel was brought up to 17" with 7" up front n' 8.5" in the back.

(I don't imagine that you have any intentions of gettin' behind the wheel?)
