S2000 Forums - View Single Post - had the car for 3 days making a funny noise. HELP!

ok i just bought a cherry s2000 and i loved it in every sense of the expression. I recently noticed a noise and thought it might just be me(very paranoid when it comes to my car). anywayz so when im idling it will make a kind os hissing(onlyway to explain it, though its not a hissing) coming from the tranny. i will push the cluth in and it stops making the sound. it doesnt get louder as i drive its very quiet which is why i think it might just be me. any info would help thank you.
