Which is why, if we want to be pedantic, the proper sentence would be:

We have a teacher of English.

In that case, English is a proper noun. In the original sentence, "we have an english teacher", a proper parsing would suggest we have a teacher who is from England.

But I digress.

Guess that makes it four?
