I can't speak on the 06' or '07s but I did lease a new S2000 in July '05. Honda was offering a nice incentive at the time. Something they don't have to do as the S sells itself without sales gimmicks.

I think your best time for a manufacturer's incentive, however, is in the summer. Check out Honda.com to see what they're currently offering.

Plus, it varies between dealers. Some are willing to deal and others aren't willing to give you the time of day. At least that was my experience back in 05.
