shuting down a road.........LoOlL Never ever happen in chicago but there has always been places to do it....as for drifting in chicago it dosnT really Exist.......me and a couple of my freinds are the only ones i ever heard about doing it .......LoOlL we got no moutain tounges out here so we settle for a few business district areas
