Actually, here in Florida, they have already taken steps to crack down on street racing.

Example, the penalty if you get caught street racing is now more severe than if you get caught driving drunk. Is that unreasonable? Most definitely. But it's because so many people were crashing their cars, hurting innocent people, and otherwise remaining in the general public's view.


bladerunner, it's not that I don't think it's a good idea to teach people right from wrong. but the better idea is to try and persuade people to just do it less or not at all. There's a safe way and an unsafe way to run with the bulls. But no matter how safe you are, that chance of getting the horns in your ass is still there no matter what.
