You can use a VAFC or a piggyback ECU. Lowering your VTEC point some isn't a bad thing per say, but going to low isn't going to make you a whole lot faster. Going to low may put you in VTEC during normal cruising on the freeway and that will lower fuel milage considerably.
I hope that is a typo saying that you want to lower your VTEC point by 5200 rpm's VS. lowering it to 5200 RPM's. Lowering it to 5200 could possibly be done, but I think that's a little low. Lowering it BY 5200 would be nuts and I doubt it could be done.
