Just a Friendly Notice

I'm sure a lot of you have heard this before, but our S2K antennas are pretty universal and highly desireable to a lot of other tuner cars. I know a local Z board I'm on, someone started a thread about getting a 'shorty' antenna and about 5 people just advised them to just steal one from an S2000......

So just keep it in mind if you park your car at the mall or in an undesireable neighborhood - It only takes a second to unscrew the antenna and stow it somewhere hidden...

That is really interesting, if you would be so kind as to send the site address I will have a word or two with the moderator and I would like to see who is encouraging the commission of a crime. To do so over the Internet is a Federal crime and subject to FBI involvement. Amazing ... some people are just so F%^$#*g asinine!

Exactly! I can't think of a more undesirable neighborhood than a shopping mall.

Then you get to meet the weasel before unscrew your car from his hand.

I was thinking Loctite would work...but then, they'd probably just use pliers and break something on the car. The thing is cheap enough that if some dickhead steals it, I'll just replace it. If it happened again, then I'd start thinking of ways to electrocute anyone who touches it (small battery in trunk??)

And as much as I hate to see it going on, I think the FBI has better things to do than investigate thugs stealing antennae off S2000s

What would you expect from someone who drives a z???
If someone just steals the antanna from the car maybe you got off lucky, a lot worse can happen and we can't sit and baby sit our rides....

I drove a Z, I never thought to steal one from an S. They actually dont fit to well at the base. The S2K ant. is much wider than the Z's. Suprised ppl would steal it when it looks like ass. I bought one from an RDX fit alot better
