Engine Builders?

Is there anybody stateside that has a good rep as a specialist, S2000 hi-perf engine builder that any of you folks know about? Not bolt-ons: from the inside-out kinda stuff.

-edit: They don't mention the F series engines in there so I guess it is possible they don't build 'em. However, as they say: if there's a bill there's a way.
