Pls help!! Oil leaking problem!! [Pics Included]

For you experts out there, I have an oil leaking problem!! The oil leak seems to be coming out from just above where the front of the (exhaust) muffler sits. The oil drips down directly onto the exhaust pipe leading into the muffler. The car has done 70,000kms and is a 1999 model.

To see pictures of where the oil leak seems to be coming from, please click on the following link:

If you have experienced this before or if you know roughly what the problem seems to be, please let me know what needs to be replaced/fixed & roughly how much it will cost. I understand it really depends on the situation at times but it will be most appreciated if you can be as specific as possible in your reply.

Thanks alot guys!

The oil that leaks resembles exactly like engine oil. I must admit though that I haven't seen it dripping away myself - just saw the oil drip stains that were left behind in my garage. At this moment, it doesn't seem to be dripping too profusely. Have had about 5 - 10 drips in the garage for the past 2 weeks (though I probably drive not more than 100kms/fortnight). I'm not exactly sure if it's petrol/gasoline - aren't they suppose to be clear in colour?? Thks for any inputs.

Hey guys - got it all sorted out. Turned out that the rear left differential mount (rubber) has been slightly torn, due to normal wear and tear. OEM diff mount costs about USD80 so it's pretty minor.
