plastic noise anyone else?

does anyone else have a plastic noise coming from the driver side back. I'm not sure exactly where but maybe the car seat or the convertible ceiling cover mechanism?

I'm very disappointed to have such issues because i've had my s2000 for ONLY 3 months. It is brand new.

I appreciate your feedback or suggestions!!

Another common noise is the empty passenger seat rubbing against the back of the cockpit. Try moving the seat forward one notch, or the back up one notch.

like others said, i had both the seatbelt noise and the seat noise, and 1 more ucan check is the rear glass window hitting the two side of the convertable top where the top on the sides cover up the window. due to the wind it actually make the window rattles

Also

If it is a pre-02 model. The rear window is plastic and folds down onto a hard plastic parcel shelf and tends to rub against it. Some people put a sort of mat on top of this shelf eg http://www.prestigeautoaccessories.c...products_id=63

You may also want to check that the windblocker (clear plastic between seats) is tightened down.

Failing all of those - could it be a noise coming from your suspension?

plastic noise anyone else?

So, the source of the noise is the leather rubbing against the seatbelt. Simple enough.... what is the solution? I put some leather preserver on it, Lenex.... but not greasy enough, the noise continues. Did anyone find a good fix?
Thanks! =)
