Storage your s2000 ??? help me ???

What all should I do for my s2000 I want to store it for the winter. I was told full tank of gas, Change oil give it a good wash put it on blocks am I missing anything???

Another Question off this topic (--) I am curious to know what would be a good way to baby my car what are the perfect shift points for my car. I try not to hit Redline because I'm scared to ruin my car so when I do its rare and when I don't im curious to know the safe shift points please and thank you in advance for your info***
