Smoked Tail Lights Today

I got my tail lights back today that I sent to get smoked. They are freaking awesome. Here is the pic of them when I got them out of the box. I hope the pic works. I got them done at http://smoked-lights.com . They came back pretty quick. I will post pics as soon as I get them on my car. [/img]

Are they still able to warn (as well) where open air ends n' the back of your Stewie begins to oncoming motorists? In a fog? (weather conditions, not a commentary on the mental capacities of the approaching motorists)
Dunno Jts. 'Jus' looks like a summons to me.
Be well.

No they actually light up like normal lights. They just look dark when not lit up.

Hope you don't get rear ended.

Just a word of warning. No matter how bright you think they are, if you applied non-factory tint to any lights and you are in an accident, all the other party has to say is that they didn't see your lights. Their ins. company investigates, sees you applied non-factory tint to them (no matter how light) and you're SOL.

The reason I bring this up is this exact thing happened to a neighbor of mine in college... just FYI. He tried to argue that there's no way the amount of tint he had on his tails could affect their visibility, all the insurance company asked him was "Was there non-factory tint applied to the lights, yes or no?" The answer was yes, the discussion ended there.
