2003 Mostly Red Interior?

I just found a Silver 2003 S2000, and the interior is almost all red. The only parts that aren't red are the console around the stick and around the steering wheel.

I went to the Honda Dealership to look at new ones, and the almost all red interior was not available. Is it a color that they only had in 2003? Or is it probably an aftermarket custom job?

yeah red is actullly a very hard color to find all red and no u can get s2gs like that but its realy hard to find all red and i wish i had an all red one but yeah its not aftermarket

Looking at a copy of my '06 Honda S2000 brocure...

On the color page are samples of exterior colors, with available interior colors shown below each exterior chip. It seems like 6 of the cars come with black interiors only. The Suzuka Blue comes with a blue interior only. The Silverstone Metallic is the only color with an interior choice, black or red/black.

At least that's how it seems to me. You could check the Honda website for clarification.

My personal favorite is the Suzuka Blue with the blue interior, naturally since I own one...

Thanks for the replies.

I looked at the silverstone with the two-tone black/red leather, it's not completely red like one in the picture - but it's the closest thing I've found to it.

But, Mike says it's possible to get an all red interior from the Honda Factory - so I'll believe him. =D.

I just went to the Honda Dealer earlier today, and they sold their Suzuka Blue S2000 the minute I walked in. I was just about to tell them I was interested in buying... Ugh. But since I found that all red interior one, I think I'll have to check it out. AND! It's only 18K.

That color combo was available on the AP1 only. 2004+ all red was not available.

In the wallpaper section under resources on this site, there is a right hand drive "S" with the all red option. Very Cool. I really had no idea it was available like that. I have seen the red replacement carpet on certain sites and wondered if that was an option. Happy Flying.
