17" Honda OEM RIMs on 2003 S2000

Hi Folks,

I have the opportunity to get a nice, brand new set of 17" OEM RIMS Power Coded Black. Do they fit, I figure they do but before spending the money I have to ask, on my 2003 S2000?

Thanks, Franz

Sure I'm interested, but I have to tell you I'm getting a sweet deal on the other rims with new BF Goodrich g-Force T/A brand new from a show car.

Ciao, Franz

Hello WOWOWOX,

thanks for the advise I will keep the original wheels in addition as I expect there will be some change in the drive dynamics and decide after a couple of month if it is worth it.

Thanks, Franz

hey .
about the drive, if you go with the upgrade, then that means you will be getting a even lower profile tires, so the ride quality will go down ! it will be more harsh than before, i dunno if this will make it faster but, since a tire is also part of the supension, for sure there will be some difference.

Comfort is not much of an issue for me. My "baby" is just a good weather drive anyhow and to have fun. My concern is that the drive dynamic will be different (fish tailing and stuff).

But honestly for $580 with tires, there is not that much you can do wrong. Especially if you need 4 new tires anyhow. Any expirence with the BF Goodrich T/As?

When I was thinking about replacing my originals I was thinking Yokohama, but saw a couple of postings in the forum that basically said only good in the summa time...

Thanks for the advise,
Franz
