Does the 04-06 come with a factory grill guard?
I only see kits for grill inserts on the 00-03 models on the web

Do you mean these?
  If so, no, the '04-06 do not come with them. You can buy them on the net though. I have seen some for sale on eBay, but I can not say how the quality of those are. I got mine from Coastal Metals many years ago and I do not know if they are still in business.
