New owner - need an owner's manual - 2001

Just bought a '91 and am really impressed with it. Decent mileage and excellent performance and ride.

Have driven much of what's out there over the years - from the goes-like hell-straight, but doesn't handle well Dodge of my youth to the Porches of later years.

Considering headers and an air intake improvement (at the moment). Need a factory owner's manual and looking at options on a service manual (Ebay CDs to actual paper). WIll be lurking and reading. Anyone know of a local group to Houston (I'm in Richmond, near there).

I'm guessing you mean the service manual. The $5 ebay service manuals on CD are fine, albeit copyright infringement. The nice thing is you can print out the page you need, get oil all over it and toss it in the trash. The downside is they're just scanned bitmaps, so you can't use Acrobat's search feature to find stuff.

If you do mean the owner's manual, that you may want to order from the dealer as having a hardcopy inside the car is probably the way to go.

Thanks much. I want to try and get with the local group, so appreciate the info there. I did mean the factory owner's manual, and can't seem to find it at Honda's site. Will try the local dealer and see if they have it or (mor elikely) can order me one. Like the print-and-then-throw-away aspect of the CD, so might do that.

Guess I was also hoping that someone who had sold theirs and still had the owner's manual might want to sell it.
