Buying 2000, 2001 2003?

Hi, I'm serious about getting a S2k soon, problem is, i can only get used s2k (honda won't import anymore). The s2k here is the 2000 model.
My question is, is it that bad for the year 2000 model? and whats the difference on 2000, 2001 and 2003 models?

tell you the turth, i got a 01 and i thing the 03 is the best, the engine and powertrain is the same. but the only different is that 03 got 4 speaker, glass rear window.
