well, I don't think you wanna VTEC killer cams, 1), that requires a fully programmed ECU, 2), you loose your VTEC 3), if your car a race car? if not, you don't need to go this radical, 4) idle is affected, you really want that??? 5) spec A cams are equally good.

do you have exhaust already? from my experience, a really good header will do a great job for sure! (toda racing!), after that, a light weight flywheel should make your rpm go up faster. And then, your LSD, I heard a lot of people telling me that the stock LSD tends to break, and when it does, it punches through the whole housing.

I may be wrong - but I thought the whole idea of the VTEC Killer camshafts were to kill the VTEC overlap to make turbocharging easier/better.

vtec killer cams have the some cam has the same lobe for both primary and secondary lobes, so it is like the engine is in vtec all the time. Because of this really long cam duration and high life in the low end, idle is affected.

ok, back to the LSD thing, have you guys heard that the stock LSD tend to break? The rumor I heard is, if you ti a lot of high RPM launch, the LSD will break, and when it breaks, it punches through the whole housing... I don't know, but I have a Cusco type RS 2way on its way... just something to think for you guys to think about. Personally, I would rather want it just to be another rumor, upgrading to a clutch type LSD is a lota pain, you gotta rebuild it from time to time. Man...
