I own a 2001 honda s2000.....just wondering if anyone knows if there are aftermarket headunits that would work with the factory controls.

As far as I know there are no (standard) headunits that will work with the factory controls. Lucid automotive sell a product that once installed will add functions to your dash controls and will work with a variety of head units.
