What country?
As far as I know they are all built in the same factory as the NSX, In Japan.
A Japanese made car will have a vin # starting with a J.

1 - From what I've read, they are all made in Japan.
2 - The only thing the color reflects is the performance. The blue ones are the fastest.

Blue is fastest. Black is next, but slightly slower due to being dirty all the time. Then "silver" (I think it's called something else, but it's silver). The yellow and red are slowest. They are de-tuned at the factory because those are the colors most popular with women buyers. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

It's ok Doc. It's one of those lessons in life that builds character. I had a red Corvette once and I'm a better man for it.

" One of those lessons in life that builds character..."
Yet DJJSR, I still seem bereft of this particular exceptional quality. Perhaps, a prolonged purchase history of brightly colored , 2 seat rocket ships, with no practical value, (other than strafin' apexes) would help amplify the character building process?====== Hey , I'm just askin' for the sake of proving it to the little lady, cause i've been saying it for years. Any help concerning this matter would be greatly appreciated. thank you in advance for your support. Red Corvettes of any vintage will do it for most; and certainly for me. Rock on! regards, jagg. |

Ya know, I can't remember ever seeing a white one. Do they really exist? Is it one of those automotive myths? Maybe a product of some perverted genetic manipulation?

It was daytime on both occasions, but if it's lights'd been on I suspect that they would'a been pink. N' no. 'Prolly din't come oud'a Modena. Be well. Java

Well, still doubting that an albino was ever built, I checked the sales brochure.........
Rio Yellow Pearl Berlina Black New Formula Red Laguna Blue Pearl (the fastest) Sebring Silver Metallic Silverstone Metallic Suzuka Blue Metallic Grand Prix White !!! Hmmm......Well there it is, but I still never saw one and there's not a single picture in the brochure that shows a white one. Javaman, I know you said you saw one but was it really just a hallucination? Kinda like a white buffalo? Somebody post a pic! Flip - You're not colored blind are ya?

Excuse my ignorance for a minute, but why do some cars have the body color on the windshield frame and some don't???? I guess if I'm going to own one of these things, I need to brush up on my S2k trivia.
