K & N air intake

I've read some threads on the K & N air intakes, but I'm confused

What is the difference between the 57 Series FIPK > Performance Intake Kit and the 69 Series Typhoon Kits > Performance Intake Kit?
Is either one worth using? Which one?

One last thing, does using one of these intakes void the Honda warranty?

Before you get a filter, read this. It can be a trade off.
