Comfort for us tall folks?

Looking at possibly getting a 2004 s2000. How comfortable do the over 6 ft crowd find the car? Used to squeeze my 6'1" frame into a prelude, but really loved the car. Have now gotten used to a Solara with plenty of head and leg room. Should I forget the s2000 and go for the RX-8 or a G35 sport coupe? Have been in love with the s2000 since it came out, and really want to hear opinions on this.

Go for a test drive and find out(or multiple drives at multiple dealers if you can swing it). I can't tell you if you will find it comfortable or not. I can say that there are people your size and taller driving some.

I am also 6'1". I thought the S2K was going to be too small until I rode in my friends S. There is actually plenty of head room, I was pleasantly surprised.

Plenty of vertical space for 6 footers. But, honestly, I don't see the RX or G35 as being competition for this car because.... well, they don't have a convertible top!

If you go over to s2ki.com and do a search, you will find instructions on how to modify your seat to lower it about 2 inches, which really helps. It is not too difficult and they have pictures to show you the step by step procedure. I'm 6'3" myself and it worked great for me.

Can't wait. . .

Thanks to those who replied. Just took a test spin in an '04 and loved it. Much more head room than I thought. Looking forward to getting mine soon. Just can't decide on a color. . .

just keep in mind that dark colors show dirt up easily. Also some interior color combinations are only available with certain exterior colors.
