Civic SI (WEAK SAUCE)
I test drove a civic si for a friend b/c he cant drive standard, SLOW SLOW, i was gana get one before i got my S2K. Im realy glad i didnt. I thought they would be kinda quick, slowest car i ever drivin.. Any input??

they are not slow , u probably just used to ur s2000

It's all relative. Drive a few other cars THAT ARE IN THE SAME CLASS AS THE CIVIC, maybe something from Ford or GM or Chrysler or even Toyota, and you'll see it's the quickest of the bunch.

I traded in an 07 Si couipe for my 03 S, its not slow but not as fast as the S of course. Only comparable cars that can beat it are the Mazda 3 Turbo, WRX/STi, and EVO which are in a higher price range anyway. They have less low end torque than the S does and less top end power(197 HP) with crappy FWD. Still a blast to drive though for a tin can econocar.

Yea i guess that was the big thing, it lacked torque. It was cool though b/c when i jumped back into the s2k the difference in power was realy noticable. That dealership had the S2K CR but they were being homos and wouldnt let me test drive it, not that there is much difference( i have an 02 S2K) so maybe a lil
