Hesitation?
Hope I'm putting this in the right area. I just bought a 2001 S with 12000 miles. Its Honda certified. I bought it last Monday. I've put 1100 miles on it since. (My everyday ride is in the shop) Wednesday I was pulling out after the car had been sitting for about 4 hours and it was hesitating and bogging down like it wasn't getting fuel or fire or something. It smoothed out later but when it was acting up it wouldn't get over 5500 rpm. Took it to the dealer today to get the the sparkplug recall done, I told them what had happened and they said it probably had something to do with the sparkplug recall. The do the recall and I leave. Tonight I leave work to get something to eat and it does the same thing but it lasts alot longer. I call them and they tell me to call in the morning and talk to the service person. The salesperson said he was showing the car to a lady before I got it and it did the same thing for a minute or two and he blew it off just like I did the first time. Gotta talk to them in the morning.
I'm under the impression its the Map sensor from what I've read. Have any of you had the same problem. Thanks in advance for any help. P.S. I've only put 93 Octane in it and Only Amoco or Bp |

The rev limiter kicks in at lower rpm until three temperature bars are lit. this could be the problem.
