Aftermarket ECUs

For Un-JDM S2000s eg.US, Australia, etc which is 240hp.
are there any problems to use a Spoon or Mugen ECUs? which is made for JDM S2000s?

the only probem im aware off is with the spoon ecu in japan they dont have the immobilizer security system.so if installed over here in a us version you have to ground out one of the wires to the ecu.
