Front License Plate Mounting

I'm looking at getting a used S2000 and want to know if all of the "Front" mounted license plates screw holes through the front bumper? In KY we don't have front plates so I really don't want to see holes.

I have seen them with holes and want to know if this is standard or someone who just didn't care installing a license plate.

They come with 4 holes you can get color matched plugs through a dealer

Yep, Realdavid is correct. There are 4 holes, but they're not just holes that the screws made into the plastic bumper. The holes are little nuts that have been integrated into the bumper.

Since you don't need a front plate, got those color matched plugs from the dealer. Some dealers even give them away for free.
