Stock Speakers.....

I just got an S2k and love it. It's an 01. I've heard people say that the stockbstereo isn't that great. Mine looks stock but sounds pretty damn good and loud. I know for the sure the deck is stock. The only negative I see is that I need components. But does anyone know who makes the stock stereo for our car? Also, if I do buy a new deck, will all the controls on the dashboard work?

Go check out lucidauto.com. They've got the hookup and info on everything you need. You can change out the headunit in favor of an aftermarket unit, but there are some things you will need to purchase from lucid to continue using the factory controls. Hope this helps.
