They do, and they're fantastic. The color is determined by the temp they burn at measured in kelvin. 4-6k are the best for brightness and visibility. The hotter they get the more colorful. Mine are 12k and are very illegally blue but damn cool so I'm not changin till the fuzz starts chasin me down.

As already stated, the S2000 has HID lights.

How much do they run? Are they hard to install?

they are not hard to install. The only way I know to change the low and high beam bulbs is to remove the headlight from the car. Once that is done it is a REALLY simple process. I am not sure, but you MAY be able to go in from the engine bay just behind the headlight on the fender to reach the low beam HID....dont hold me to that though.

On my European version the lights come with a polyellipsodial lens xenon for low beam. The high beam lamp is a regular H1. Just days ago I did convert those H1s into 6k xenons. Had to weld custom holders, will take a pic hopefully during weekend.
Oh and the high beams are the ones closest to the engine compartment so the access holes should be enough to get there. Its a narrow place tho and I did my install now that my car is disassembled for upcoming turbo installation. Makes things easier. Hardest part of installing the xenons was to get them into the custom holders and insert them without touching the glass and pollute the surface. High beams for sure can be changed from the engine compartment. I recently changed mine to H1 "cool blue". Look in the manual for instructions. They are not great, but do help. It's not easy however. Small hands are a must, and be careful of sharp edges. The left side is easier than the right so start with the left.
