Oil change yet? I just got mine done yesterday with 2900 on the clock. I figure it's cheap insurance.

I asked them to but they refused they said it has a break-in oil that had to stay until 4500 miles.....I figured anytime a dealer refuses a quick buck it's prolly the right thing to do

I put roughly 30,000 miles on a car in a year. Course it takes me about 30mins to get anywhere I want where I live.

Kudos...I live in the bay area and I routinely drive the back road home from work. It's a little 2 lane highway that runs about 6 miles to my house. The views are great, turns are tight, and hardly anyone drives it... It's the best way to end the day. Only 10k in 10 months but I redline it everyday.

sonic,
You are right, there is no other way to drive, that's why I got it!!! I do know this guy that bought one and he was unhappy about the rev factor of the car...he was also a bit worried about the engine if you did that all the time but I told him to just relax and put his foot down. He pussed out and got a bmw z4 3.0, his loss! |

OMG! Definitly his loss. He spend more money on an inferior car when compared to the S. Wow

not really Sonic. The Z4 is quite comparable on the track with the S if I remember correctly. (I am a Bimmer fan as well as Honda) Still I think the S is faster but not by much.

I watched a car and driver show where they compared the S, Z4, and a Boxster and the S, for lack of a better word, spanked both of them.

No that was'nt the video I saw. Did I say it was top gear? If I remember correctly in was car and driver. This was on TV not on the internet. Anyway it's not important S's rule all.

Hmmm, Ive driven both, and have to disagree. The Boxter (ok, it was an "s") was funner, more sporty-fealing. . . I have to admit, the only reason I bought the S2000 instead of the Boxter, was the asshole factor. As for the bimmers, I'm sure they're all-right, they're just so ugly. |
