Converting 2001 top w/plastic window to New Top with Glass

Hey there everybody. I just received my new top with glass and have started the process of installing it. We've taken off the old top and suprisingly, it wasn't too bad. Just a lot of those damn pushpins and a few rivets that had to be drilled out. Has anyone ever done this?? Any tips would help. So far smoothe sailing..the new one is getting tinted and install will begin tonight.
