audio controls and valve covers

So here I am again, posting yet 2 more completely unrelated topics. I've just blown a chunk of money on new speakers and subs, now I am lookin for a head unit. I was wondering if there is a way to hook up the factory controls by the steering column so they would still work with an aftermarket cd player. I am leaning towards the Alpine CDA-9835, I have heard that they make an adapter for the factory controls to work. Any input on this would be great before I blow 400 bucks on a cd player. Also, I love the yellow spoon valve cover for the s2k. I just can't find them for sale anywhere. Does anyone know a place online to buy one?
Thanks for the help as always

Christian

For all your S2000 audio needs:
http://lucidauto.com/Merchant2/merch...tegory_Code=SP

The 00 and 01 cars had 2 door speakers, 02 and 03 had a slightly more powerful head unit with two-way separates in the doors. 04s now have the option of headrest speakers too. This car wasn't designed to be a GT type boulevard cruiser (like a 350Z, G35, RX8 etc), it's a track car so high end stereo, dual zone climate control, heated electric seats were not priorities.
