Hand brake problems

Being a RWD, Is it normal that the hand brake doesn't do it's job correctly ?

..or is there a problem here ? cause when I'm going downhill and yank up the hand brake, my S2k's not even thinkin of stoppin.

This isn't safe. I think I'm gonna have it checked out

Might want to tighten the cable 1st thing that comes to mind. Cause mine works great.

Definitely try tightening the cable first. Check all your connections make sure there is no debris keeping your cable from operating correctly.
