Anyone had a problem with their S popping out of gear?

My 2004 will pop out of second gear occasionally. The problem seems to happen most often (maybe always) when the car has been sitting for awhile (i.e. cold, as in the engine is cold, not warmed up). By the time I get to work, the problem will be gone, but may come back as I begin my trip home. Very frustrating. Anyone else run into this?

Every once in a while, I have trouble shifting into second gear. It seems to be when it is cold also. It doesn't happen too often but is annoying, especially when open road is ahead of you.

yea me tooo having trouble putting into second gear! but it will be better if u give alittle bit of gas and try to match the revs with the speed when using second gear.
