Minor Mod Questions
I'm new to the s2000, just been thinkin bout minor modifications... don't want to spend too much right away. Anyway, I was lookin at the front strut bars posted on ebay, and I noticed some fairly cheap ones.. with the fiber carbon look, etc. & then I noticed the Cusco bars. So you got bars under 40 including shipping.. and Cusco bars over 150, not even including shipping. Is there really much of a difference between these bars? And is it even worth the price difference?
I've also been lookin to get a cooling plate... basically mods under 200. Are those cooling plates even worth it or is it mostly for looks? |

I have a Cusco x brace on my AP2. It really improved turn in and response.

As stated above, the STB on an S is just for looks. I say that, yet have had three different ones on my car.

The S will not benefit from a bunch of cheap suspension parts. It's already amazing straight from Honda and in most cases you can make worse more easily than better. A pair of Swift sway bars and a set of Mugen NZ Dampers will change it from amazing to monumentally better (most of us who have done this upgrade find it hard to put in words, the difference). And it's still streetable. Throw caution to the wind and open your checkbook.
