Optimum Gear Changing

I'm looking for the fastest 0-60 time in my factory '02 S2000. Anyone got any tips on the best revs to launch in and the optimum revs to change up?

0-60 ET is all about the launch. All other things being equal, launch at just below VTEC and keep on the throttle while you dump the clutch.

And by all other things being equal, I mean "if you don't mind replacing your clutch and diff and driveshafts"

you saying you need might twist the shaft launching at 5 or 6 often? or you launch like that stock?

ok, thanks - I get the clutch dumping exercise to launch, but what about the optimum revs to change up, or do you just suggest red-lining it in every gear?
