What kind of stick shift is the 2004 S2k?

Is the manual stick shift a clutchless stick? How do they have an engine start button and cruise control on a manual? Let me know thanks.

the engine start button only works when the key is sticked in and turned to ignition, once u've done that u press the start button.,ofcurse with the cluth down. the cruise control is the same as other car, in the desire gear and then press cruise and then set the speed.

No clutchless stick here. Standard foot activated clutch mated to the smoothest shifting 6 speed tranny out there. The start button is just a gimmick. Key goes to ON position and instead of turning it another 1/8 turn for "START" you push a button. Same effect.

Not sure about your question regarding cruise control. There has been cruise control on manual tranny cars since the late 70s, early 80s. No magic there.

Yeah after driving the s2000 only for a while, I was going to drive my friends integra and for a second, I kept on looking for the start button.
