Buyback / Lemon Purchase?

Would you buy this at any price:

2003 S2000
13,000 miles
White

Lease history / Buyback (lemon) / Florida
Problem stated: Engine light on / Engine runs poorly
Honda repurchased car from owner.
Honday says they fixed the problem.
Original warranty still intact.

Should I keep looking????

Gut feeling says run away.

Yeah man run and run quick
However, if they fixed it then it should be CERTIFIED which mean if anything brake down you bring it back and they'll fix it at no charge.

Has it got an extended warranty? If its been fixed then its fixed, if its a good price then why not?

Shoot at any price, sure buy it. Make a ridiclously low offer and see what happens.

I was about to say... "any price" could mean a lot of things.

Problem is, this car will be forever tagged with this problem and it might be hard to ever sell it. Might make an awesome project car for the track though! I'm thinking ITB's, straight pipe, the works.... no doubt the CEL won't bother you much at that point!
