Picked up my 05 sk2 today and got a chance to cruise some back roads this evening and all I can say is "WOW"
What a sweet machine. It doesn't have the raw gut wrenching power of my c6 but it handles like a cat and gives the impression that if you keep shifting theres not limit to the top speed Going to use this as my daily driver and most of my drive to work is back roads with some sweet curves. This car really feels like the "go fast" car everyone is talking about and it looks good to boot. RamblingMan |

I don't know what Stewie looks like, except from behind the wheel.....Never lets you down, regardless of circimstance....(we're talkin' sportscar circumstance here, not winter beater conditions.)
---Ok, I'm lying here...S2000=good lookin'.---- It's two different cars......Gas sipper under Vtec when driven correctly, yet still very sporty and fun to drive. Take the first four gears at full throttle, shifting at 8500 rpms, and you're talkin full blown twistie eater. I've driven most of what there is available out there, and Stewie is one of the best cars ever produced.....I love a Corvette, but beat on it every day like you do an S2000, given the right ambient environment, 'n you'll see who's really king of the road.....In a purely dd dimension, of course. We're talkin' " en total " here. A humble opinion from an objective observer. Regards, Jagg |

It's a real drivers car. Best value in a sports car by far and reliable.

When you come right down tooitt, I'm sure most'uv us've done our homework when it came time to put down that sizeable chunk'a hard-earned.
I'm guessin' everybody else'z homework came up with the same answerz 'cause, here we all are, ain't we? 'Maybe not the most powerful, but Stewie'z the all-aroun' best bang fer the buck. Java

Mine is a daily driver as well, without much "fun road" normally. However, I do usually find time to hit vtec here and there around traffic, and closer to home I find some occasional slaloms through the cones to spice it up... Congrats ramble and have fun and welcome!
