SHOULD I GO 18's or 17's

Well with the I wanna get is The GP-Sports Kit. I wanna get the Bronse Volk TE37 so whats a good off set for 18's back/front or the 17's back/ront.

I don't really understand what is off-set. So just wanna what is the best for the S2k if you have bigger wheels. Im leaning more towards the 18 cause i wanna get a wide wheel in the back. so feel free to drop any suggestions...

One suggestion:

www.tirerack.com Read all about offsets and what offsets are recommended for different wheel sizes.

In general, 18s+ are for show, 17s and below are for go.

Not really. You can GO with 18', and it for SHOW too. I recommend
225/40 front and 255/35 rear, I forgot my offset. Unless u mean serious GO than 18 isn't it. But for street it more than enough.

hey luckyace.......

thanks bro. well I want 18's so i can drop it really low so i have a little bit of clearance on the ground rather than 17's with a kit and breaking my GP-sport kit. plus it's cool in the street for looks.

Like a said i want a nice fast S2000 for the street. I also have a civic hatchbcak with a motor in it dis is my daily driver. My S2K will be my weekend and sunnyday driver.

Not sure what other kind of GO there is. More rotating mass = worse acceleration, braking and handling.

i agree ! bigger tire means more weight !!

but maybe is worth to change the front wheel to a bigger size ... if there is any !! at least 225 i think 225f and 245r make a better match !! unfortunetely no 225 for the front wheel from honda (the same one) i think!
