New S2000 owner

Got a 2003, yellow, 4,200 miles (well, that was on Saturday, now it has 5k miles

) for my wife. I paid $22k for it and it came with Honda Certified Warranty thing - 12 months/12k miles full, 7 years/100k powertrain. Does it make sense to spend an extra money for HondaCare - 7 years/100k miles bumper-to-bumper ?

That's a very good price. Did you run the VIN on that thing to make sure there wasn't something ugly in it's past?

I've never been big on the crap that 'closers' sell at he dealer (paint protection, extended warranty, Scotch Guard etc). But, if it was under a grand, I'd say go for the 7yr BTB especially if its transferrable to the next owner... might make it easier to sell later.
