s2004 vs z4 3.0
I Know u ve heared this question many times, but i have to decide cause on friday i ll buy one of these 2 cars. is tha lack of torque of the honda a big problem?can it tailslide 2ond gear at 3000 rpm?? or u have to be above 6000 rpm. another question guys moonrock metalic or the light blue colour? i hope u ll help me to decide,thx guys

I think it's going to be difficult tailsliding when it's dry at 3000rpm in the s2000. But the s2000 is known for it's tailsliding at the limit (but perfectly controllable in the right hands) as it has no tractioncontrol as it has a very good chassis.
I'm not sure that you can set off the tractioncontrol in the Z4 Off competely. If you really want a big engine and the extra money doesn't matter it's worth considering a Z4. But if you like it a bit more hardcore, the s2000 above 6000 rpm behaves almost like a real racecar and all the thrills that come with it. Go to http://gear.viper007bond.com at the forums where someone has an FTP with a roadtest from topgear with the Porsche boxter, s2000 and Z4. It's the episode from november the 2nd 2003. I can't give you all the details here to be able to download it so you have to look for it if your intrested. |
