retrofitting a 2002 to 2004 taillight

Hey guys

Does anyone has ever change their tail lights for the previous model (2002-2003) to the 2004 model?
I really like the new tail lights for the '04....

I need some advice on what to do and what WIRE to buy or cut to plug to the LEDs...

can i also put 2004 tails on my 01 any one that can help please let me know thanks
