Valencia honda california BAD SERVICE!!!!!

Hi Guys!
I bought my certified S at valencia honda, and the transaction was pretty smooth....I drove the car home of course and i started hearing some SQUEAKY sound (from the outside) then I brought it back the following week (saturday morning then they F!@#$% told me to bring it back again next saturday because they are too busy, even tho I had an appointment), and they kept the car for couple of days then they told me that They couldn't find what was wrong with it

finally I had enough with them I brought it to GOUDY honda in Alhambra and guess what it is the SQUEAKY sound it was the suspension.....

Then Finally it's time for my oil change... dropped of the car in the afternoon, and when i came to pick it up GUESS WHAT AGAIN they F!@#$% SCRATCH MY FRONT LIP on MY "S"!

THAT PLACE IS HORRIBLE
BAD SERVICE THAT YOU CAN POSSIBLY THINK OF...

If you are planning to buy a Honda Don't go to VALENCIA HONDA IN CALIFORNIA...

Can you guys tell me where to complain for Better business Bureau

Thanks for your time guys, I just need to get this out of my chest...
My car is at the shop now for repainting..... I MISSED MY BABY!

complain to honda of america. they are very good about taking care of personal issues. at least that has been my experience. go on the honda site, register your car and self, if you haven't already, and call the customer relations department. hope that helps. otherwise get the service manager on the phone and let him know that you have involved HONDA and THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. HOpe i helped in some small way. I HATE DEALERSHIPS!

or you could go n key all there cars and walk away that much happier i mean if they scratched my lip id go ap on there asss n start swear n yea hehe thats just me but they scratched ur s2000 lip its not like a civic lip but a s2000 so id go supper ape liek amonkey

Not too far of a drive from Valencia, Woodland Hills Honda is pretty good most of the time, but I usually have the best response from the service techs at Thousand Oaks Honda.

Hi everyone!

Update on the scratch.....
They took care of it but still they took away lots of my time (very very inconvinient cuz I live in LA)......
Now I'm selling the front lip (OEM) and the bumper on Sebring color, and my chrome oem rims including the tires....
If there's anyone interested please let me know
