S2000 Roof
Hi,
I'm thinking of buying an 2-3 year old S2000. I've currently got a 306 Cabriolet and that is 5 years old. I've had several of the hydraulic pipes burst at great expense. Is the S2000 roof hydraulic? And are they reliable? I'd expect them to be much more reliable than a Peugeot roof. Thanks Alan |

Thanks. Thats what I like to hear!
Was the S2000 ever sold with a manual hood? I just saw an ad for a a 2002 S2000 with manual hood. I phoned the dealer who just read me out the same details from the website rather than going to look at it. |

All the convertible tops are electric. They are very reliable. Don't know how the hard top factors into this discussion, but I suppose it would be considered a 'manual' operated hardtop since you (and a friend) have to install it manually

The cheaper one had done millions of miles, and there where holes where the orginal owners mobile phone holder had been drilled in the dashboard, not good! got mine from two-mills in the end. (local garage) |
