Convert indicators miles per hour->km/h

Is this possible?
Im thinking of importing a car and its instruments are currently in miles per hour. Due to my to the laws of my country I have to somehow convert them into km/h.

Some clusters never came out with a miles per hour kilometers per hour button.. im sure he would have pressed it by now if he had it...

Actually I havent got the car yet, im thinking of importing it from england. I havent seen the car live yet, only on pictures. What does this button look like so that I can tell the owner to look for it`?

The second button in on the bottom right (next to trip).. it you do have that switching capability it should be labeled "sel -miles per hour kilometers per hour" if not it will be a blank button
